I recommend NG for renters based on my experience over the last couple of months. Caitlin was on it with finding me a parking spot and in regular contact before I moved in. Charlotte went above and beyond making sure new flooring was completed before my move in date and looking at alternative options. Holly has also been great at dealing with a couple of minor issues for me and making sure they were dealt with quickly. And the team are all super friendly. My only negative experience was finding my belongings hadn’t been covered when the ceiling and walls were painted shortly after I moved in. Luckily no lasting damage as I got to it quick enough to clean everything, but frustrating the time it took to do so.

Quite possibly one of the worst letting agents I've come across. I stayed at the Ice Plant for 2 years, over 4 separate occasions I had the same leak/damp issue in my bedroom. The last being reported on 11/11/2023. When my tenancy finished mid Feb 2024 the issue had not been fixed, nor had any work even been started. The senior management (Paul and Egor) kept stating that the room was fit for purpose, and I was not allowed to leave the tenancy early under any circumstance or receive compensation for the room. The attitude shown from them was quite frankly vile. As the pictures show the black mold that grew and the stench that came with it was considered acceptable and safe - even without an opening window in that room to try and air it out. 4 months of a dehumidifier on 24/7 was their solution to 'resolve' till any work could start - how long does it take for a contractor to give a start date? I never got an answer to this question, or a confirmed resolution on the formal complaint I lodged. Adam Burne is the only positive I came across at the company as he helped return the full deposit quickly post tenancy and on both check inspections helped get them completed thoroughly and in an appropriate manner, I cant thank him enough for the ease at the end of the tenancy. One of the few to speak to us like a person, not a customer.

Tomas has proven to be an exceptional agent. He consistently demonstrates excellent care for my apartment and promptly addresses any inquiries I send via email. Caitlin is equally commendable. Despite the low season, she efficiently secured a new tenant for me shortly after the departure of the previous one. I must also acknowledge the remarkable proficiency of the accounting team, led by another Caitlin and Ella. They consistently ensure that my rent is deposited into my bank account without delay. I will recommend Northern Group to any individual seeking exceptional real estate services.
