Worst Leasing company ever. Now I know to stay away from Indio. Currently at the jones on Lincoln in Arlington Tx. I moved in and was really happy with the unit.. until my unit started flooding randomly. Today is about the 10th time my unit has flooded. Maintenance refuses to fix it saying. “Call us if it happens again” dumbest thing ever. Called This numbers emergency service and they told me “no one is going to come it’s Christmas”. What kind of place is this? My apartment has had standing water in it for about 10 hours.and of course the property manager has the Audacity to say “why are you moving out”?? Be foreal right now. The crazy thing is the Maintenance portal states this has been an issue for 5 years. Insane

My third lease with Indio is coming to a close because I am moving to another state. My interactions with Indio have been very pleasant. I believe the maintenance and ground crews are extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. My leasing agent has always been professional, attentive, friendly, and honest. I lived in two Indio managed properties and always felt very safe, very heard, and valued as a tenant. I was always blown away at how patient my leasing agent, property manager, and especially the maintenance guys were with me because I definitely had my moments of melt downs and ramblings on and on -they listened, validated, and treated me with respect every time. Thank you David, Carlos, Daniel, awesome yard guys, maintenance guys, and everyone else from Indio that I've interacted with over the years. I'll miss ya'll. My experience was FIVE STARS + -RR

This company no longer has a physical office and it makes their communication 10x worse! They already sucked at communicating when they did have an office. I've been calling for weeks because my gate remote doesn't work and to add on to that I just received three emails saying my rent is late and I've been charged a late fee but I have a receipt showing it's been paid. I've tried logging in to my portal to see but somehow I can't log in anymore. I've been trying to contact you and have even sent emails but no response. Hopefully, this review does the job.
