I've been taking my 4 dogs in here since they were puppies. There's a nice selection of food and treats. The staff always answer any questions I ask about diet, etc. my dogs love the staff in the shop so much that we now have to pop in to say hello and pick up some treats every time we walk past

We visited here to buy a harness and collar for our new dog. The shop appears to be well-stocked, with a good selection of products for dogs and cats in particular. However, after looking at the dog harnesses for some time and being in need of assistance, we felt we were being ignored. The staff were all chatting with each other and no-one paid us any attention. Eventually we decided just to leave without buying anything as, even when we approached them to ask for help, the staff seemed to think their weekend plans were more worthy of conversation than the helping of their customers. I was so disappointed by this visit.

I used their pet sitting service for my tortoise while I was on holiday and the staff were great! Would recommend, and will probably be using their services again should I need to 😊
