Initially I would have rated this place a 2 as we found the sofa we wanted but the staff member was clueless and almost made us leave the sofa behind! We came back and spoke with Kim who managed to sort our questions out really quickly and we paid there and then for it. Lesson being get the right person and you will have excellent service. Would have been 5 stars had we got Kim 1st time! Good showroom and lots of choice.

Really good experience shopping here…saw sofas online and spoke to Kim prior to our visit….she was really helpful on the phone and followed up straight away with an email with more information. We visited the store and experienced great customer service from Kim who was friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the products. Can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive!

From the time we walked into the showroom for a browse and ended up buying an Italian leather suite to the delivery today the service has been exceptional. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and caring and the delivery guys as I missed their call waited and took extreme care in getting the suite into the house and setting it up. First delivery people Ive had for a while that instantly took off their shoes. We have always brought our suites from Cousins partly because of the excellent quality, prices are affordable and the service has always been excellent. Sadly I was unable to complete the survey as my security has blocked it but I can only thank all the staff involved in this purchase.
