I’m so disappointed with city furniture. I’m just glad we didn’t order more furniture from there.I got the first half of the couch a week after we ordered it and waited for another month to get the other half which I totally understand. We got the wrong color and they told us to mix and match until we get the right couch . Although that was totally inconvenient specially since it’s holiday season and we’re expecting guests we said okay. We were surprised to that it’s not just the wrong color but also the wrong side so we can’t even use the couch.
I texted my sales associate and he was reading the messages and did not respond to them. We had to go to the store more than once and they didn’t help. They said we can choose a different couch but we can’t have a temporary one to use until we can get our Couch . We didn’t like any of the other couch’s and they ruined our holiday for us so thanks for that city furniture :)

I had the most incredible experience shopping at the store. Alex helped me pick beautiful pieces for my new apartment, and he could not have been more knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me. The quality of the furniture is absolutely superb and you really can’t beat the prices anywhere else in Miami. They have frequent sales and their styles are always modern. I will definitely be coming back to shop here more.

I’ve had such amazing experiences with city furniture. Henry and Alejandro delivered my dining table and they were AMAZING. They were so sweet, quick, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Henry and Alejandro, you guys are the best!!
