A recurring theme in the feedback is the venue's stunning architecture and the well-maintained condition of this historic theatre, which augments the overall enjoyment of the events attended. Comfortable seating and good sightlines, even from seats with potential view obstructions, contribute to patrons' satisfaction. The sound quality and legroom are generally appreciated, although the latter might pose discomfort for taller individuals. Patrons have highlighted the professionalism and hospitality of the staff as part of the welcoming atmosphere of the theatre. Despite the presence of higher-priced refreshments, customers seem to accept this as part of their experience, noting the high quality of the offerings. Accessibility is another strong point, with efforts made to accommodate wheelchair users, albeit with some suggestions for improvements. The venue's ability to attract high-profile acts and deliver a range of entertainment options consistently leaves attendees with memorable experiences.

Positive Feedback

Positive feedback for The London Palladium centers on several key aspects appreciated by theatre-goers. The venue's architecture and historical significance contribute immensely to the charm and character of the experience, resonating well with the audience. Reports of comfortable seating arrangements and excellent sightlines even from seats marked with potential view limitations suggest that the theatre layout is thoughtfully designed for audience engagement. The quality of sound is noted as a positive feature, enhancing the viewing experience. Furthermore, attendees commend the welcoming and helpful nature of the staff, which helps create a pleasant environment. Concerns and Threads

While the majority of feedback is positive, there are a few areas where customer experiences indicate room for improvement at The London Palladium. Some patrons find the seating to be 'cozy', hinting at a lack of comfort, particularly in terms of legroom, which may not be sufficient for taller individuals. Accessibility is generally praised, yet there are suggestions to refine the experience further. For example, the implementation of a radar key system for accessible toilets was recommended to prevent misuse by the general public. One review noted that the sloped flooring along the back wall of the auditorium could pose challenges for those with mobility issues, implying that better accommodations or design considerations could be beneficial. Additionally, while refreshments are recognized to be of high quality, the associated cost is mentioned as a point of contention for some customers, although this seems to be an expected aspect of the theatre experience.

Frequently asked questions about The London Palladium

Is the seating at The London Palladium comfortable for people of all heights?

What an incredible venue. I attended ‘An evening with Arnold Schwarzenegger’ last night and it was fantastic. Easy to get to, great looking venue, lovely staff and comfortable seating. We sat in row C and even tho our tickets said the view might be obscured, it wasn’t really. Sound is great and the atmosphere is quite intimate. Refreshments are a little pricey but you do expect that. However they are high quality. The architecture is stunning, and the whole evening was perfect. Has to be 5/5

A beautiful old theatre that is thankfully well looked after. Me and some friends went to see Dave Stewart play here with a great selection of singers and musicians. A great night, hearing Eurythmics songs.
