TeamLogic has been our IT service provider for the last 5 Years. They are very responsive and turn service requests around very quickly. James and other team members have been very helpful. They have provided us with 24/7 remote monitoring that detects, troubleshoots, and resolves problems, Full-Service Help Desk, Strategic Guidance, and they have knowledgeable technicians. I’m looking forward to work with them as our company grows.

Todd and the TeamLogic team are incredible to work with. They are very responsive and turn service requests around quickly. Todd has served as our technician on several projects, in particular our on-boarding, he was not only patient, he was extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing and how he could address our individual needs. We are extremely pleased to be a client of TeamLogicIT and happy to work with Todd and the other team members.

I had to change out all the computers in my office to upgrade to Windows 10 - I was quite scared of how it would all work out with the required networking, saved data, profile data, etc. The guys at Team Logic IT accomplished ALL of the computer set-ups, INCLUDING all of the network settings and functionality, printers, data, applications and profile information without a single hiccup. It is as if nothing had changed (everything still works the same), except I have all new machines!! This is amazing! It was a completely painless experience. Todd was especially personable, helpful, attentive, accommodating, thorough, patient and professional throughout the process - It was mostly done overnight from a remote location, but Todd showed up in the morning and by noon the whole office (5 machines) was fully functional! I am SO impressed!
