Emu is great hairstylist and colorist! Whenever I got hair done from her , makes me so happy and always more than I expected. She is not only being a skillful hairstylist but also she listens, gives you advices precisely to your desires for your hair. If you don’t find right hair stylist in SF, give her a shot and you won’t regret it!

The haircut I received from Michael was so bad I feel it's necessary to write this review to caution people with long hair who might book an appointment with him. He left my hair severely uneven & crooked as you can see in the pic. I can honestly say Michael does not know how to handle long hair & should be required to have more training before touching another head of long hair. From this experience I learned that high-end prices do not ensure a good job. He originally charged $130 for this cut. I'm convinced that I was charge simply for the length of my hair & NOT for quality of service. I had to pay another stylist to correct it. Service: Haircut

Wow, this was such a great experience. I haven’t taken great care of my hair, and have a bad hair twirling habit. I was so nervous to go to a salon and haven’t been to one in over 2 years. The grays starting coming in, and I decided it was time to start dying and taking better care. I found Taylor / Monroe just perusing nearby me on Google. I booked a consultation with Shane, and there was 0 judgement and all professionalism. After the consultation, I came in and Shane was absolutely amazing. He dyed it exactly how I was thinking (perfectly matched my natural color!), and even added highlights that were subtle. Highly highly suggest - thank you Shane and Taylor/ Monroe! I feel like I got so much confidence back.
