They used to be good - but no longer. Explicitly explained what the problem was before the visit - they sent a technician that did not repair the gutter, simply 'cleaned' the gutter. AVOID sams gutters - there are now better and cheaper alternatives on the market. ALSO, they cancelled their follow up meeting with me, providing me with a bogus reason that their van was broken down, I was waiting 1 month for them to come. Unprofessional.

My customer journey with Sam's Gutters ran very smoothly, from my initial phone call right through to Mark coming out to clean out our gutters and report on any issues. Mark was really knowledgeable and provided pictures of all the work he did and any problems he noted. I highly recommend Sam's Gutters and would not hesitate to use them again.

Had my high level gutters /downpipes and conservatory gutters cleaned by Mark and it was a tidy job done on time. Pictures of before and after were sent through and viewed on the day with explanations about what was done. All very good and we would recommend.
