I had a lovely morning having my hair done in this salon for the first time! The stylist who assisted me has been great, allowing for us to have some small talks and chats which was really nice. She has explained me step by step what she was going to do with my hair, which I find super important! Very happy with the results, no disappointment with Rush! And the manager Margaret has been great solving a previous problem I have had. Recommended if you like to have a quality pampering time! ❤️

I’m visiting Manchester from Belfast and decided i wanted my hair done. I booked with Rush as it was near my hotel. I had Maddy as my stylist and she was so lovely! I wanted my hair to be as close as my natural colour and she got it perfect! Great cut and styling too, i am so pleased, thank you so much!❤️

I am not happy at all! I went to get a hair strengthening treatment and the woman who did my hair was completely incompetent of doing her job properly! I got my hair washed and she started with cold water, then at the next rinsing she used too hot water, and then cold again. Not to mention that she made me wait for 15 minutes at the start of my appointment, because her previous client was also unhappy with her job! Then she ditched that client so I don't wait too long, and come to me. I am very disappointed going to the RUSH salon, as my hair got damaged, yet I went for a help treatment to save my hair. When she put the strengthening product on my hair at the washing she even brushed my hair badly causing a lot more damage to my hair! All professional and non-professional people knows that you never brush a hair when its wet and have a product on it because that damages the hair even more! When I stand up from the chair I looked back, and she nervously hide the brush, so I can't see what she have done, and didn't even put proper attention to what she was doing! She was ignorant even while drying my hair, and said she won't put heat onto my hair, yet the dryer was burning my scalp when she got closer to it. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but she has short grey/blond hair, otherwise I would address her by her name straight! I want my hair back that I hardly grown in the past 6 years, and now all I have left is a tiny pony tail. I am traumatised and will NEVER go back into that salon! The damage caused to my hair will never be fixed! Maybe its ganna grow down in next 6 years and maybe then my hair will be better again! I don't attach a photo because there's no hair to take a picture of left!
