I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first piano from Rimmers Music on Elm Row. Richard couldn’t have been more helpful. He listened to my requirements, spoke me through options, played beautifully on each piano and recommended the best one for my budget and needs. Richard additionally contacted other shop owners, Pete and Ian (workshop), on his day off to reschedule an earlier delivery for me. Super customer service. I’d highly recommend. I look forward to booking piano lessons here in the future. Thanks again Richard.

If I could give this place 6 stars I absolutely would! They really do deserve it!! I first dealt with Richard, who couldn’t be any nicer and was very honest. He wasn’t the “typical sales man” who persuades you to buy the best of the best. He was really genuine and honest who was just looking out for your best interests on what you want and what will work best for you. You don’t get many people like that nowadays, but he was just fantastic. I spent a lot of time talking to Richard about the different types of pianos. I was probably in the shop for over an hour chatting with him. It was very enjoyable and the conversation was just flowing. That’s exactly what you want! The following week, after having a think about what piano I wanted, I ended up buying the Clavinova 725. I wasn’t expecting the piano until mid April, but I got an email from Pete about 1 month before the due date informing me that they now have it in stock which was absolutely fantastic! I was now corresponding with Pete through email about delivery dates etc. He was the same as Richard, he couldn’t be any nicer. We arranged a delivery date and my piano was expected to be delivered the next working day. My piano unfortunately didn’t come on that expected day, so I informed Pete about this and he was on the case like a bad rash. He was on the ball, chasing the couriers about it and keeping me in the loop about what was going on. He was very apologetic but I was completely fine with it because I knew they weren’t at fault. Pete and Richard did their jobs perfectly. The fault was with the courier company. Anyway, I got my piano the next day and I haven’t stopped playing it since! Safe to say that I will definitely be using Rimmers again and would highly recommend them to anyone! Seriously, I can’t praise these guys enough! Next time I’m in the area I will be popping in to say hello! 1000/10 guys! If only there were more guys like you around providing customer service like that! Spot on!
