The lack of care and understanding by this company is astonishing. I’ve been a tenant with my wife for the past 4 months nearly and we have had multiple issues. The most distressing being a lack of sufficient hot water. Which is affecting us a great deal. The company is completely unprofessional and when commenting on social media to make people aware they have now restricted our comments. They have done nothing to resolve it. The property manager and all the staff there for that matter are completely incompetent. We have communicated multiple times that all we require is sufficient hot water and quite frankly they’ve been nothing but unhelpful and patronising. Avoid renting with this agency

After signing a years tenancy, we discovered that not only had Reside omitted knowing anything about water ingress, continuing to lie about any knowledge of it, but they also failed to resolve the abundance of issues throughout the tenancy. I was left having to speak with contractors directly, as the property manager could not even stay in the loop. It was an extremely distressing period and we’re glad to put it behind us. Issues included severe water ingress, leaking soil stack, broken windows (sunken and unable to open without struggle), broken ventilation (awful sewage smells) and the list goes on…
