Worst job I ever worked for, would not recommend this company for employment this company is not professional supervisor from Fresno Ca name Norma has no leadership as a supervisor, HR when sending her an email she doesn’t respond on a timely manner , Supervisor can have the place dirt then tell another employee it’s okay we will have the night crew do it while the day shift clocks back in from lunch and still go back inside and sit some more from lunch to still company hrs instead of working. Even staff from Ulta says day shift employees from LJ’s are sitting in the office not doing anything and that’s why there garbage don’t get dumped by the end of the morning shift. There’s so much more to say but doesn’t fit all in this review. Warning don’t work here nor hire this company to do the job not worth your time and stress with this employer.And I told the supervisor in day shift who ever didn’t change the soap should get a write up and she comes up with some lame excuse well Norma can let the employees know why she didn’t change them I have proof check out the photos it’s a shame and she got the nerve to say she loves her job, of course she does because Norma gets away with a lot and blames others for her lack of work. LJ’s should do there investigation.

Started off on a good note by applying to a job and getting told to wait for my background check to clear. After a week and a half of waiting for my background check to clear, it finally cleared and I was ready to start work. Then I decide to call and they tell me that unfortunately they have good and bad news. Bad news is the job is no longer available and good news is that my background check has cleared (after almost 2 weeks) . I find that unprofessional that I had to call to find out any updates and to get told I can no longer work that position I applied for. Understandable in a way so I decide to move forward with another job they offered. They promised the hiring manager would get in contact with me . Fast forward 4 days and I still haven’t received ANY calls or emails regarding my position/paperwork after being told MULTIPLE times to expect a call before 3pm for a few days . I haven’t even STARTED working and I can definitely understand why this company has so many bad reviews. This company is very inconsiderate of your time and they don’t know how to communicate properly. If I could give no stars I would. My experience here has been nothing but unpleasant and unprofessional. Your better off looking somewhere else for work. As you can see in my picture how many times I had to send out an email regarding any updates since they never seemed to get back with their employees

I don't highly recommend working for Lj's is absolutely absurd, this company is not on point I had to work for a couple of days without toilet paper and set covers for the company and had stretch it through the day I cleaned for Ulta in Fresno Ca, I would email HR complaint from staffs from ulta that morning supervisor Norma was not completing their task and not dumping their trash and Norma got the nerve to say who was the one complaining about the garbage and HR should had investigated her name is Brittany Manager and K and Jenny , Cindy and others I can mention and I would email HR get no email back with no reply. I would not recommend hiring and working for the company. And I received a call about this company going through a lawsuit. There is a zero tolerant on black leggings to be worn at work and since I ever started working for Lj's Norma has and still is working wearing black leggings and the day worker as well, supervisor always breaks the rules and clocks out for lunch and then also clocks back in for lunch with other day worker and they stay setting enjoying lunch after clocking back in stealing company hours. It's a hostile work environment. There is more to say but warning not a good place to work for. It's a shame the last name Leon are the people that gave 5 stars on the review so they can make them self look like they are a great company and that last name are related to the owner on the company smh. Jerry & staff are not on top of their job.
