Absolutely brilliant hotel! A fantastic service from start to finish, The staff are great, really friendly & helpful. The rooms are amazing nice & big very clean as are the bathrooms. The bar area is also a nice welcoming place where you can sit & relax. The hotel is in a great location only a few minutes walk from central station & a great location for exploring Glasgow, The food is also fantastic, I would highly recommend this hotel for a place to stay if you are visiting Glasgow. Rooms: The rooms are a great size , plenty of room to relax, they are nice & clean & the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are also of a good size & nice & clean. Walkability: The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Glasgow city centre only a 4 or 5 minutes walk to central station & only a 10 minutes walk to the main shopping areas, bars & restaurants. Food & drinks: The food & drinks are very reasonably priced & of a good standard, If you wanted a quiet night in after a busy day this would be a warm welcoming & relaxing place to sit & relax & enjoy a few drinks & a meal.

I stayed in this hotel this weekend just for the day room (booked with Day Use) and I WISH I had booked the night too, I didn’t want to leave! The lobby is beautiful, amenities are great, staff were friendly (and not patronising at all towards those with disabilities). The room is stunning, I’m a bit of a clean freak and usually wipe stuff down in a hotel but this room was SPOTLESS! Not an ounce of dirt or dust! Having a fridge is so helpful. The chairs and beds are comfortable, plenty of plug sockets and USB/USBC sockets. Good water pressure. Lovely selection of teas and coffees. It’s just a ten minute drive from the hydro, however the parking is not part of the hotel, maybe a half hour walk?Not bad! I’m going to go to Glasgow purely just to stay in this hotel as I didn’t feel like I had enough time to soak it all in. Highly recommend Nearby activities: Ten minute drive from the OVO hydro and right in the centre of town so close to everything you need Food & drinks: There was bottled water in the room and options downstairs to get other refrigerated drinks

2 night stay. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was very clean and well equipped. We've already booked to go back next year so that tells you what we thought.
