I had an excellent experience with Vic at Icing on the Ring. I visited the shop over the holidays with a general idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring, and he guided me through the entire selection process. He was very knowledgable, kind, and patient. Since I lived in another state, he sent me high definition videos of multiple styles and sizes so I could make an informed decision. The price was unbeatable as well. I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. Most importantly - she said yes.

My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted our wedding rings to look like, we found Icing On The Ring and immediately made an appointment to pick out rings. We met with Ani, shared our budget, tried on lots of rings and decided on what we want. Ani was so sweet and worked with our budget perfectly to make sure we were getting our dream rings. The rings were ready for pickup so quick and were even better than we were imagining! We love them so much and couldn't recommend Icing On The Ring enough! We are so happy we came across them!

My boyfriend and I got our ring from here, and while we haven't made it official *yet,* we have been absolutely in love with our purchase! We spent 6 months just browsing and thinking and shopping around at other stores, but Leandra was always there to take care of us when we went in. We had a disappointing experience trying to buy a stone somewhere else, but where they failed, Icing on the Ring succeeded in spades. When we decided to customize our ring, Leandra was super responsive and helpful and kept us updated on every step of the way. I am in LOVE with my GORGEOUS ring and the EXCELLENT customer service at Icing on the Ring (and also my boyfriend I guess 😜)
