My experience with this team is always professional. Recently I have determined that the degree of professionalism is directly related to the Representative who shows up at your house. This year I had my seasonal mouse incursion as the weather begins to get cold. And as usual, I called Green Earth to solve the problem. The first representative to come moved very quickly, in my opinion, too quickly. At the end of the first hour, I realized that he was trying to be done in an hour. That was not something I had asked for and I’m not sure where he got that idea. When I asked if he had baited the cellar, he told me he was at the end of his hour, and he would do what he could in the last minutes, but that he had other appointments. That was not the experience I had previously had with Green Earth. Three weeks later, I had to ask a second representative to come out and fill the gaps left by the first gentleman’s service.
