My wife and I came to Brooklyn plans to learn how to get out of debt. Kristen took time to get to know our family and give us the support needed to change our spending habits and set goals. We really appreciated the emotional support in addition to the detailed spreadsheets and charts we received through the initial plan and subsequent monthly check-ins. Kristen listened carefully to our struggles and needs, offered options and reached out to her colleagues when additional support was needed. I highly recommend working with her.

Kristen is an incredible person to work with on money matters due to her compassionate, personal approach. She brings much needed offerings to those looking to get control of their finances: empathy and support. She is a clear communicator, friendly, approachable, and manages to acknowledge the complexities of money management while still breaking it down in a simply, easy-to-understand way. She's a great teacher, cares deeply about her clients and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to work with a CFP who will work to understand their needs, values, and improve their financial situation.
