So very happy with my new door and window from Mike and the team. The communication from the start was great and they placed the order of the door and gave me a fitting date straight away. Lots of variety of colours and styles of doors to choose from. The team were punctual, tidy and finished much quicker than anticipation. Will definitely be recommending Birmingham Glass Services!

Earlier this year I started the often frustrating process of getting quotations for some new windows and a new front door. In most cases you get a salesman who doesn't want to leave your house without you buying from them. Vastly inflated prices that they can give giant discounts on if you agree it there and then. This is not what happens with Birmingham Glass. I completed a contact form and received a call to book an appointment for someone to visit. Ben Judd came out, he discussed what we wanted, took some measurements and said he would send a quote out via email (which I got the same day). It was an honest and fair price, I didn't receive 100s of calls trying to get me to sign up, but I did get all my questions answered in a timely manner via email (which suited me perfectly). Ordering was very simple (we ordered half the windows quoted for giving us time to save for the other half), we got an installation date and paid our deposit. The guys turned up on time and worked tirelessly (noticed not only by us, but also by our neighbours and passers by) getting everything right first time and then tidying up after themselves. The team talked us through what they were doing and even made recommendations to get the best finish. I hope they get the recognition they deserve as they have done the company proud! We could not be happier with our experience and can honestly say, they are so much better than any other window company we have dealt with. Thank you so much!

Initial contact was fast and efficient, measurements were taken within days and quote received. The office staff were very helpful with the questions me and my partner had. The engineers then attended to install and were very friendly, clean and professional - overall extremely happy with the service we received from Birmingham Glass. Will definitely recommend to those interested 👍🏼
