We rented tables, chairs and linens for our event of 150 people and they were very prompt and helpful. I worked with Karcher and he was very professional, I will definitely use this company for all events.

The online order processed was new to me. Pick your needed items from a vast selection. Select wanted sizes, quantities and colors. Submit list to generate a quote. Get a reply email to confirm order and pay (deposit or full amount). Note: Last minute orders require full payment. Penalties for cancellation apply. Steep penalty for very late cancellations. Pick up was a breeze, personally. I’m told the Thanksgiving week pickups have long wait times.

The staff here are great!! They're very courteous and ready to help. I have picked up and dropped off stuff here for my wife on many occasions and have always had good interactions with the staff. The prices are reasonable and they always have what she needs in stock. I know COVID hit a lot of places like this really bad and these guys managed to come out the other side of it unscathed!!
