Beware and don’t come here! The wax they used on me burnt my skin & was way too hot upon application. They use a chocolate wax which I do not recommend for sensitive skin. Usually there is only one person in the room servicing but I had two women waxing me at the same time…talk about uncomfortable. Vagacial products used irritated my skin & caused bumps that took weeks to get rid of. The special they run through Groupon is pointless bc they up charge you in person (for added butt-strip) which should already be included since the service is Brazilian wax… so you wind up paying full price anyway. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

My second time here even though I literally live 2 minutes away, both the times I have seen the salon short staffed. On my second visit when I asked if I can come in to get my brows threaded she said yes, when already there were 2 women gettin their henna done . I just left the salon, the salon team has no manners to talk to their customers( to me and even the lady who was getting her henna done). Reading other negative reviews makes me wonder how this salon is still in business

I have been coming here for over a year. Pro- I love how they thread my eyebrows. Cons- Not very clean here. I have to tell the ladies to wash their hands EVERY TIME I come in. They come from eating, or sweeping, or sitting on their phones, to touching people's faces!! Gross! I have very sensitive skin, and besides that it isn't sanitary. I shouldnt have to keep saying this, so I won't be back! I came in for a full body wax and body scrub once, and it was horrible. Over $300 wasted! The table they had me on was a dirty old table that was not covered by the little paper sheet. I was cold and uncomfortable the entire time. And then, my back broke out in horrible acne- from the dirty table, the dirty wax roller, cheap products, or a combination of all of the above. Pick somewhere cleaner, I know I will.
